Eric and J&M are awesome! They do everything right - show up on time, communicate, do a superb job, and clean up daily. I had a bedroom flood that insurance covered and I also wanted to remodel the master bath at the same time. Eric wrote up 2 separate quotations and detailed the work correctly under each job. There were a couple of change orders but they were all mine because I changed my mind on a couple of things The job entailed removing laminate flooring, installing new flooring and baseboards, and replacing/texturing/painting sheetrock.
